Program Philosophy
Our Personal Training Program offers specifically designed workouts that include Strength Training, Weight Management, Pilates Method Body Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Sport Specific Conditioning or simply Self-Wellness. Each training session is tailored to meet our clients fitness goals.
Program Policy
· Each training session is 30 to 45 minutes. To get the most out of our time together, please be ready to exercise at the appointed time.
· As a professional courtesy, please call within 24 hrs. if a cancellation is necessary, or you will be charged the full amount. Emergencies will be addressed on an individual basis.
· There is a 3-month expiration for all training packages.
· Each client will be provided at least (2) Body Composition measurements (Pre & Post). The proper ratio of body fat to lean muscle tissue is 12% to 16% for men and 18% to 22% for women.
