Program Philosophy 
Our Personal Training Program offers specifically designed workouts that include Strength Training, Weight Management, Pilates Method Body Conditioning, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Sport Specific Conditioning or simply Self-Wellness. Each training session is tailored to meet our clients fitness goals.

Weight Management & Dietary Consultation (optional)
A comprehensive program to help you implement and maintain an appropriate eating plan for life.

Personal Training (40 mins.)

  • $400 – 8 Sessions
  • $60 – 1 Session

Program Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or will be charged
Emergencies will be addressed on an individual basis.

· There is a 3-month expiration for all training packages.
