Cycle Reebok
Indoor cycling simulates riding on real road bikes. Using music and visualization, an instructor motivates riders to have fun and achieve higher fitness levels. Classes are non-impact and great for Cross Training. (All Fitness Levels)
Express Cycle
A 30 minute Cycle Reebok class. . . Fast and Furious!
Pilates Mat & Stretch
Based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, a controlled series of rhythmic exercises focusing on improving flexibility, core strength, muscle control, and posture. This mind/body exercise strengthens and streamlines every muscle of the body, adding grace a vitality. (All Fitness Levels)
Pilates Core-Ability
Is a fun new approach to core exercise based on the principles of Pilates. This class utilizes various equipment to strengthen and tone stability/core muscles and increase postural/body awareness (Intermediate to Advanced)

Yoga Stretch & Melt
Improve your current Yoga practice with MELT. We will combine Yoga stretches and MELT techniques using the foam rollers and MELT balls. MELTing hydrates fascia, improving the body’s own natural healing abilities. You will learn how to bring your body back to a more ideal state by improving whole body balance, flexibility, and posture while eliminating pain and tension in your low back, neck, feet and hands.
Yoga
Utilizes specific postures to provide flexibility, strength, stability, balance and relaxation to calm the mind, strengthen the body, and develop body awareness. (All Fitness Levels)
Power Circuit
A Cardio-strength workout designed to keep your heart rate up while toning the body. Short 3-4 minute Cardio intervals of simple movements or Cardio machines are alternated with strength training intervals. Get Ready to Sweat! (All Fitness Levels)
Body Blast
Offers strengthening and conditioning exercises utilizing weights, tubing, & body weight. This class will make you sweat and pump you up! (All Fitness Levels)

Zumba
Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness class that will blow you away. Routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculp your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
